Our turnkey service allows us to seamlessly coordinate teams on site for shutdown or ongoing maintenance contract work. Our experience and expertise often allows us to complete projects and maintenance work with smaller teams which translates to lower costs for our clients.
Incorporating our workshop with our shutdown and project team, provides our clients with superior engineering and maintenance services, allowing them to continuously improve their plant performance and maintainability.
Equipment removed during shutdown projects can be returned and re-built/serviced in our Midvale workshop, meaning the personnel who know the issues with that equipment are involved in its repair. Our expertise from site work transfer to our workshop allowing our team the ability to offer upgrade and efficiency suggestions for your equipment tailored to the operating requirements of your site.

Safety is more than just compliance for HMR, we believe that a well planned job is a job planned safely and we endeavour to work with our client partners to ensure that safety is integrated in every part of the project regardless of whether its planned maintenance or urgent response to breakdowns.

Yes, we are geared for condition monitoring, planned maintenance and breakdowns. Our skills and experience make us the no.1 choice for complex projects and ‘critical’ site repairs.
In addition to regular scheduled maintenance, we can help with troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in the field, and can meet a fast turnaround time when required for breakdowns. We can also undertake scheduled inspections at your operation for condition monitoring of your fixed plant. Ongoing inspection and condition reporting helps identify potential issues and early failures in your mineral processing equipment so you can fix problems as and when they occur to prolong the service life of your equipment and reduce the frequency of replacement.
We also have a range of tooling trailers and containers stocked with tools for use on site shutdown work. As well as convenience, this prevents the need for clients to spend on capital purchases for specialised tools and equipment that are only used for specific work at their operation.
